From the moment you request a delivery to the photo that lands in your inbox — here's exactly how we honor your loved one.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your tribute

    Browse flowers, wreaths, candles, flags, balloons, plants, stuffed animals, memorial stones and more. Or ask us to pick up from a florist or retailer of your choice.

  2. Step 2

    Choose pick-up location

    We can pick up from your home, a specified address, or directly from the business where you placed an order.

  3. Step 3

    Pin the resting place

    Provide cemetery name and address, your loved one's name, date of birth and date of passing. Drop a pin on our digital map — or share plot #, section # and marker for an easy find.

  4. Step 4

    Agree on timing

    Pick a delivery window. If your driver is delayed, they'll message you through the app with an updated arrival time.

  5. Step 5

    Receive a photo

    Your driver places the tribute with care, takes a photo at the gravesite, and sends it directly to you — a small, sacred moment of presence.

  6. Step 6

    Honor preserved

    Every delivery is saved to your private memory archive — a record of remembrance you can revisit anytime.

Care, protection & peace of mind

Verified drivers

Every driver will need to upload a verified license and current auto insurance information. After uploading all verified legal driver information, the dashboard will show approved status. An AI Dashboard application will also be able to deny fake licenses.

Damage protection

If a tribute is damaged in transit, your pick-up fee is refunded and your next delivery is 50% off.

Optional shipment insurance

Add third-party shipping insurance (Securus, EasyPost) at checkout — or opt out.

We recommend confirming with your cemetery or church about decoration policies before requesting.
